Preparation of rice with chicken and vegetables:
Ground rice with water for 40 minutes, then drain and leave to cool.
Meanwhile, heat the oil and fry the chopped onion for 2 minutes. Add cubes of chicken, garlic, celery, carrot cubes, zucchini slices and stir for 5 minutes. Add tomato cubes, MAGGI® Chicken Less Salt Bouillon cubes, and spices. Move ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add basmati rice and water with stirring occasionally until boiling. Cover the rice and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked. Parmesan rice is mixed with black rice and served.
