يقدم لكم كيفية التحضير الكباب
Ingredients:
• 1 kilo liver (less or more to taste)
• 1 piece of fat napkin (about 400 grams)
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 3 tablespoons parsley and chopped coriander
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 1 medium onion cut
How to prepare :
· Pour the liver into boiling hot water for 10: 15 minutes, or allow for 15 minutes (optional step but ripen). At the same time, my heart together spices and herbs (cumin, parsley, coriander, salt, black pepper, paprika, Onion).
After boiling the kettle of water and leave it to cool for several minutes and then cut them into cubes and hearts with the mixture of spices and onions to be fully coated.

· If the fat tissue is used (as shown in the picture), it is cut into squares larger than the size of the liver.
· Cover each cube of liver with a piece of fat handkerchief and then pack them into metal sheets.
· Grind the liver for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked.
· The liver is served with Moroccan bread and tea with health and wellness.
